A horribly planned out excursion

One saturday morning, I was hanging out in our breakfast nook when Mark came out of his room wanting to go on some sort of adventure, since we did not go on an adventure the previous night. After discussing what we should do and where we should go we finally settled on Payson Lakes and fishing. Somehow we managed to convince Sam to join us on our adventure, so we loaded up in my car and took off. We stopped by Mark's parent's house on the way in order to pick up tents, sleeping bags, and rafts. Little did we know that we would forget sleeping bags for Mark and Sam. Anyway we continued on our journey to walmart to purchase food and a frying pan. After a whole mess of tangents we finally made it to the campsite and began setting things up and cooking food. After a few fantastic steaks and a campfire we hit they hay, or Mark and Sam tried to...This is when we discovered that we had forgotten a few sleeping bags and low and behold the temperature dropped and it began to rain and seep into the tent. With the sleepless night finally over we were excited to cook breakfast and get fishing, however, mother nature/karma didn't want us to succeed whatsoever. As we cooked breakfast the burner decided to melt the frying pan and ruin all of our food. And to top it off we weren't able to catch a single fish.
